Very low viscosity resin & twin line resin dispenser pump ensure good penetration to hairlines cracks.
Total cracks sealed more than 3 kilometers.
4-STOREY BUILDING (EX-PARKSON),KEPONG BARU
All cracks on roof were sealed with epoxy injection. Defective concrete was removed and surface was roughened by UHP Water-jet System.
Apply waterproofing and top with protective screed.
Refurbishment by: Liquid applied, elastomeric seamless water-proofing membrane, top finish with screed and elastomeric cold tar bitumen sealant.
1MG RESERVOIR, GENTING HIGHLANDS
The reservoir had to be completely drained and cleaned by wet sandblasting. Cracks had to be mapped & sealed by pressure injection of low viscosity resin and spalled and porous areas treated with polymer modified repair mortar.
Finally, the total area was protected with a seamless and flexible cementitious waterproofing system.
The total surface area – including pillars, was treated with Smart flex after repaired.

Due to the high acidic environment, all the existing structural steel started to form rust and existing coating peel-off from the substrate.
The management requested ecological method to remove the existing paint and re-coat with Corrosion Protective Coating System.
